Every Stalk Blush floral arrangement is designed and handcrafted by our florist experts and delivered with a handwritten card to the recipient.
We deliver 7 days a week, Mondays to Sundays, at $15 per item. Delivery during peak periods such as selected Eves or Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may also incur additional charges.
You may choose from a morning delivery slot from 10am – 1pm or an afternoon delivery slot from 2pm – 6pm. Should you require your order to be delivered at a specific timing or outside of these time slots, please call us at (+65) 8339 3481 or drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will try our best to accommodate.
We deliver islandwide throughout mainland Singapore (including Sentosa) except to the following Restricted Areas:
- Airport Passenger Terminals and Cargo Complexes
- Jurong Island
- Sembawang Shipyard
- All PSA Ports
- All Military Camps
Self-collection at our store is available every day from 10am-5pm. However, as we currently operate on a By Appointment Only basis, please include the pick up date and specific time under Shipping Details to give us a heads-up.
We will not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery in the following situations:
- Incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided
- Incorrect/no valid contact number provided to assist our courier service for successful delivery
- Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery time or no available representative to accept order
- No such person at given address
In the event that a redirection or redelivery (subjected to available delivery schedule) is required, an additional $15 delivery fee will be charged and will have to be paid for before we proceed with the delivery.
To ensure the freshness of the flowers, redirection or redelivery has to be made within the same day.
Should the order be cancelled due to unpaid redirection/redelivery fee or redirection/redelivery unable to be made on the same day, no refund will be given.
Once the delivery order has been signed off, we will not bear responsibility for lost/damaged items.
We understand if you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel your order. Cancellation has to be made at least 3 working days before your intended delivery date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for cancellation and refunds via the same payment method will be processed.
